In this versatile role, you will be the main point of contact for a population of approximately 220 white-collar employees. You will combine operational HR responsibilities with strategic advisory tasks and ownership of reward &amp; benefits. You will report directly to the HR Manager and work closely with both local and international stakeholders.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Your responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Take ownership of the full employee lifecycle from <strong>onboarding to offboarding<\/strong>, including coordination with the remote shared service center and follow-up of HR processes and administration.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Manage and optimize employee benefits<\/strong> (group insurance, hospitalization and life insurance, mobility budget, meal vouchers, etc\u2026), including negotiations with external vendors.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure clear <strong>internal communication<\/strong> regarding benefits and collaborate closely with Finance and regional HR colleagues.<\/li>\n<li>Act as a <strong>sparring partner<\/strong> for line managers and support employees with a wide range of HR-related questions.<\/li>\n<li>Follow up on <strong>evaluation processes<\/strong>, performance and non-performance trajectories.<\/li>\n<li>Actively participate in <strong>regional and international HR projects<\/strong> and change initiatives related to topics such as pay transparency, mobility, flexible working, wellbeing, retention and absenteeism.<\/li>\n<li>Continuously <strong>optimize HR processes and update HR policies<\/strong> in line with legislation and business objectives.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Your profile:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Relevant experience as an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist within a white-collar environment is essential.<\/li>\n<li>Experience with employee benefits and negotiations\/collaboration with external vendors.<\/li>\n<li>Experience with Workday is a plus.<\/li>\n<li>Dutch and\/or French with an excellent command of English.<\/li>\n<li>Good knowledge of social legislation.<\/li>\n<li>A background in payroll and\/or drafting and updating HR policies is a plus.<\/li>\n<li>Analytical, well-organized, communicative and proactive.<\/li>\n<li>Eager to take ownership of projects and deepen your expertise across various HR domains.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Offer:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>An attractive salary package with fringe benefits including a company car with fuel card and bonus.<\/li>\n<li>Flexible working hours and the possibility to work from home.<\/li>\n<li>A key position within an international organization where autonomy, initiative and professional growth are highly valued.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Interested in a challenging HR Business Partner role where you can truly make an impact?
