In this role you will report directly to the HR Director and play a key role in the further development and transformation of the HR function.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Your responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Design, propose and lead <\/strong>HR change and transformation projects from concept to implementation, with impact on both the organization and HR teams.<br \/>\nSupport and follow up on the implementation of a <strong>new HR organizational structure<\/strong> (fine-tuning and validating job descriptions, coordinating recruitment and internal mobility processes, identifying and developing training and development programs).<\/li>\n<li>Actively contribute to the execution of the HR strategy, <strong>support HR management and coach and guide internal employees.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Analyse existing HR processes<\/strong> across all HR domains.<\/li>\n<li>Support the selection of a <strong>social secretariat and HR IT systems<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor <strong>daily HR operations and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements<\/strong> (e.g. pay transparency, absenteeism policies), maintaining a pragmatic and critical mindset.<\/li>\n<li>Identify and implement \u201c<strong>quick wins<\/strong>\u201d to deliver tangible results.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare and present <strong>progress reports<\/strong> and proactively propose adjustments where needed.<\/li>\n<li>Facilitate collaboration <strong>between internal and external stakeholders<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Support <strong>conflict resolution<\/strong> to ensure project continuity.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Your profile:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>At least 15 years of experience in a senior or leadership HR role within complex organizations.<\/li>\n<li>Broad, hands-on expertise across the full HR lifecycle (including Compensation &amp; Benefits, Learning &amp; Development, HR Business Partnering, HRIS, reporting, and HR administration).<\/li>\n<li>Proven experience in HR transformation and change projects.<\/li>\n<li>Strong project management experience, including planning, budgeting, risk management and stakeholder management.<\/li>\n<li>Experience with structured project management methodologies is a strong plus.<\/li>\n<li>Bilingual Dutch\/French is a must.<\/li>\n<li>Strong analytical mindset and excellent problem-solving skills.<\/li>\n<li>Results-driven, proactive, and hands-on.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Offer:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Contract:<\/strong> Freelance.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Start:<\/strong> ASAP.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Duration:<\/strong> 6 months, with possible extension.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Location:<\/strong> Region Brussels, with possibility of remote work.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Interested in making a real impact as a Freelance HR Project Manager?
