In this role, you will report directly to the HR Director and support the HR team in managing the full payroll cycle for both blue-collar and white-collar employees.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Your responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Responsible for <strong>end-to-end payroll processing (A\u2013Z)<\/strong> using Acerta Connect.<\/li>\n<li>Accurately calculate and process <strong>holiday pay and year-end bonuses<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor, analyze and manage the <strong>time registration system<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Process year-end bonuses within the <strong>cafeteria plan<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Manage <strong>HR administration<\/strong>, including social documents, contracts, reporting and maintaining up-to-date personnel files (from onboarding to offboarding).<\/li>\n<li>Act as a <strong>sparring partner for management<\/strong> and a point of contact for employees regarding payroll-related questions.<\/li>\n<li>Identify and implement <strong>process improvements<\/strong> to enhance payroll efficiency and accuracy.<\/li>\n<li>Contribute actively to <strong>strategic HR projects<\/strong> (such as pay transparency and performance management).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Your profile:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Proven experience with end-to-end payroll processing and time tracking systems.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to independently calculate holiday pay and year-end bonuses (must have).<\/li>\n<li>Experience with Dots (Attentia) is a plus.<\/li>\n<li>Solid knowledge of social legislation.<\/li>\n<li>Fluent in Dutch with a good command of French.<\/li>\n<li>Strong analytical skills, hands-on mindset and the ability to work autonomously.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Offer:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Contract<\/strong>: Freelance.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Start<\/strong>: June.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Duration<\/strong>: 8 months.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Location<\/strong>: Region Roeselare, with the possibility of remote work.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Ready to truly put your payroll expertise to work where it matters?
