In this key role you will take operational leadership of the HR team and help shape the strategic HR direction of a rapidly growing organization.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Your responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Operationally manage, guide, and coach the HR team<\/strong> across both soft and hard HR.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Set up and lead strategic projects<\/strong> (including talent management, cafeteria plan, pay transparency, absenteeism policy, employer branding, HR reporting, competency and retention management).<\/li>\n<li><strong>Optimize and further professionalize HR processes<\/strong>, focusing on efficiency, quality and best practices.<\/li>\n<li>Act as a <strong>sparring partner<\/strong> for both employees and managers while building strong stakeholder management.<\/li>\n<li>Strengthen and optimize <strong>internal communication<\/strong> towards employees.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Your profile:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Extensive experience as an HR Manager within a technical or industrial environment.<\/li>\n<li>Experience working with blue-collar populations is essential.<\/li>\n<li>In-depth knowledge of social legislation.<\/li>\n<li>Experience in coaching and change management is a strong asset.<\/li>\n<li>Fluent in Dutch with a good command of English and French.<\/li>\n<li>Strong communicator, hands-on, analytical and able to switch between strategic and operational levels.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Offer:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>An attractive salary package with fringe benefits including a company car with fuel card and bonus.<\/li>\n<li>Flexible working hours and a varied role.<\/li>\n<li>A key position with significant autonomy and room for initiative.<\/li>\n<li>The opportunity to make both operational and strategic impact within a fast-growing and ambitious organization.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Looking for a new opportunity as an HR Manager where you can truly make an impact?
