For their headquarters in the Kortrijk region we are looking for an experienced <strong>Freelance C&amp;B Specialist<\/strong>. In this role you will report directly to the HR Director.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Your responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Harmonising, optimising and implementing C&amp;B policies and processes<\/strong>, taking into account market trends, group alignment and new legislation (e.g. pay transparency, flexible remuneration, mobility budgets, etc\u2026).<\/li>\n<li>Analysing, fine-tuning and optimising the existing <strong>job classification system<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Reviewing and updating <strong>job descriptions<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Actively <strong>managing stakeholders<\/strong> at various levels within the organisation.<\/li>\n<li>Managing internal <strong>communication and training stakeholders<\/strong> on C&amp;B topics and policy changes.<\/li>\n<li>Leading <strong>change and project management<\/strong> initiatives within the C&amp;B domain.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Your profile:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong and proven expertise in Compensation &amp; Benefits, including experience with job evaluation.<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge and experience in implementing one or more job evaluation methodologies in an international context is a plus.<\/li>\n<li>Solid experience in an environment with both blue-collar and white-collar employees.<\/li>\n<li>Experience in project management and change management is an asset.<\/li>\n<li>Fluent in Dutch with a good working knowledge of French.<\/li>\n<li>Autonomous, communicative and analytically strong.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Offer:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Contract:<\/strong> Freelance.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Start:<\/strong> ASAP.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Duration:<\/strong> 3 months, with possibility of extension.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Location:<\/strong> Region Kortrijk, with flexibility to work remote.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Interested in leveraging your C&#038;B expertise at group level?
