{"id":3729,"date":"2025-12-04T12:05:06","date_gmt":"2025-12-04T11:05:06","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/tenos.be\/?post_type=jobs&#038;p=3729"},"modified":"2025-12-04T12:15:19","modified_gmt":"2025-12-04T11:15:19","slug":"freelance-recruiter-region-antwerp-ref-1479","status":"publish","type":"jobs","link":"https:\/\/tenos.be\/en\/jobs\/freelance-recruiter-region-antwerp-ref-1479\/","title":{"rendered":"Freelance Recruiter \u2013 Region Antwerp (Ref. 1479)"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>For a major international player with a Belgian site in the Antwerp region, we are looking for an experienced <strong>Freelance Recruiter<\/strong> who can provide temporary support within a new, large-scale strategic project.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Your responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Conduct in-depth intake meetings with <strong>internal stakeholders<\/strong> to clearly define needs and profile requirements.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Write clear and compelling job descriptions<\/strong> that attract the right candidates and publish them across multiple channels.<\/li>\n<li>Develop a targeted <strong>sourcing and employer branding strategy<\/strong> tailored to each profile.<\/li>\n<li>Build partnerships with alumni associations and participate in <strong>campus recruitment and job fairs<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Approach potential candidates <strong>proactively <\/strong>through various channels.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Screen, qualify and select candidates.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Coordinate the entire interview process<\/strong> from scheduling to feedback.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Negotiate salary proposals and contractual terms<\/strong> and ensure <strong>administrative follow-up <\/strong>upon hiring.<\/li>\n<li>Provide a warm and professional <strong>onboarding<\/strong> for new colleagues.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Your profile:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Proven experience recruiting blue-collar profiles, preferably in a technical, industrial or engineering environment.<\/li>\n<li>Experience in employer branding is a plus.<\/li>\n<li>Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn and other channels.<\/li>\n<li>Autonomous, empathetic and eager to learn.<\/li>\n<li>Fluent in Dutch and English.<\/li>\n<li>Flexible and able to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Offer:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Contract: <\/strong>Freelance.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Start: <\/strong>ASAP.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Duration:<\/strong> 3 months, with possibility of extension.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Location:<\/strong> Region Antwerp, with flexibility to work remote.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Do you want to leverage your recruitment expertise within a major strategic project?
