For their European headquarters in Brussels we are looking for a <strong>Freelance C&amp;B \/ HRIS Specialist.<\/strong> In this role you will be responsible for both the strategic and operational development of the Compensation &amp; Benefits policies for 260 white-collar employees across 3 countries. In addition you will take on the role of project manager for HRIS digitalization initiatives. You will report directly to the HR Director.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Your responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Harmonizing and optimizing the C&amp;B policy and processes<\/strong> (analysis, design, implementation, change and project management) based on market trends, internal alignment within the group and new legislation (e.g. pay transparency, flexible reward, mobility budget, etc\u2026).<\/li>\n<li>Designing and managing the <strong>Hay job grading system<\/strong> (e.g. onboarding and harmonizing new entities after M&amp;A, validating salary proposals, ensuring grading governance, etc\u2026).<\/li>\n<li>Managing annual <strong>C&amp;B cycles<\/strong> (merit reviews, bonus calculations, warrant program).<\/li>\n<li><strong>Managing stakeholders<\/strong> (e.g. budgeting &amp; forecasting with Finance, mobility cases with external advisors, etc\u2026).<\/li>\n<li>Leading <strong>HRIS implementations<\/strong> as project manager; managing the budget and coordinating external partners in implementing HRIS tools (SuccessFactors, time &amp; attendance system, payroll provider and PowerBI) to digitalize HR processes such as onboarding, workforce planning, time tracking and succession planning.<\/li>\n<li>Managing internal <strong>communication and training stakeholders<\/strong> on C&amp;B and policy changes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Your profile:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Solid experience in C&amp;B and proven expertise in job grading using the Hay methodology within an international and dynamic environment.<\/li>\n<li>Experience as a project manager for HRIS implementations (SuccessFactors), payroll set-up, time &amp; attendance systems and reporting.<\/li>\n<li>Fluent in French and English; Dutch is an asset.<\/li>\n<li>Strong analytical skills, detail-oriented, and comfortable collaborating with Finance.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Offer:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong> Contract:<\/strong> Freelance.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Start:<\/strong> ASAP.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Duration:<\/strong> 6 months.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Location:<\/strong> Region Brussels, with the possibility of remote work.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Are you ready to leverage your expertise in C&#038;B and HR digitalization to the fullest?
