In this role you will report directly to the Payroll Manager and support the HR team with the end-to-end payroll process for both blue- and white-collar employees.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Your Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Process, verify and finalize<\/strong> the complete payroll (A \u2192 Z) for both blue- and white-collar employees using eBlox.<\/li>\n<li>Manage <strong>personnel files, contracts, simulations, policies and reporting.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Act as a <strong>sparring partner<\/strong> for management and provide practical support to employees with payroll-related questions.<\/li>\n<li>Identify and implement <strong>process improvements<\/strong> to enhance payroll efficiency and accuracy.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Your Profile:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Proven experience managing the full payroll cycle for both blue- and white-collar employees in eBlox.<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of split payroll (Nl\/Lux) is a plus.<\/li>\n<li>Solid understanding of social legislation and applicable regulations.<\/li>\n<li>Fluent in Dutch.
