As a <strong>Freelance Learning &amp; Development Designer\/Specialist<\/strong> you will work closely with the business to design and create engaging and impactful learning experiences based on identified skill gaps. You will help employees further develop their knowledge and competencies and directly contribute to the organization\u2019s success through effective learning and development initiatives.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Your responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Design and develop <strong>learning journeys<\/strong> using a <strong>blended learning approach<\/strong> to support organization-wide transformation, in close collaboration with various business domains.<\/li>\n<li>Support <strong>communication and change management<\/strong> related to the learning journeys within the organization.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Select and curate content<\/strong> for guided learning journeys and programs.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Collaborate with stakeholders<\/strong> (business, L&amp;D teams, participants, etc.) to pilot and optimize the designed learning experiences.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure <strong>maximum learning impact<\/strong> in support of the overall business strategy.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Your profile:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>At least 5 years of experience in designing effective learning journeys using a blended learning approach (classroom training, digital learning, microlearning, mobile learning, etc.), preferably for both data and soft skills.<\/li>\n<li>Experience using SAP SuccessFactors as an administrator, with a solid understanding of its features and underlying logic.<\/li>\n<li>Experience in designing and developing e-learnings using one or more authoring tools is an asset.<\/li>\n<li>Fluent in Dutch, French and English.<\/li>\n<li>A passionate educator driven by internal customer satisfaction.<\/li>\n<li>A true team player, comfortable working with business partners and external stakeholders, and capable of building strong trust-based relationships.<\/li>\n<li>You\u2019re not afraid to challenge business requirements to ensure maximum impact.<\/li>\n<li>Highly organized, result-oriented and able to manage priorities efficiently.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Offer:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Contract:<\/strong> Freelance.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Start:<\/strong> ASAP.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Duration:<\/strong> 12 months.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Location:<\/strong> Region Brussels, with the possibility of remote work.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Are you a creative L&#038;D professional who gets energy from designing inspiring learning journeys and empowering people and organizations?
