In this role, you will report directly to the HR Manager and take full ownership of the international payroll, from processing and compliance to process optimization and supporting new international offices.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Your Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Process and review international payroll<\/strong> across multiple countries.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure <strong>correct application of collective labor agreements and local legislation<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Set up and streamline payroll operations for <strong>new European entities<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Manage <strong>employee files, contracts, policies, and monthly reporting<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Optimize <strong>payroll processes and related documentation<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Act as a <strong>sparring partner<\/strong> for management and support employees with payroll-related questions.<\/li>\n<li>Contribute to <strong>strategic C&amp;B projects for the Belgian payroll<\/strong> (including cafeteria plan setup, salary benchmarking, job classification, pay transparency, mobility budget, etc.).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Your Profile:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Proven expertise in multi-country payroll and HR administration, with experience collaborating with local payroll providers (In Europe, US and\/or Asia).<\/li>\n<li>Strong knowledge of social legislation and sensitivities around international payroll.<\/li>\n<li>Experience in implementing C&amp;B projects and\/or working with \u201cEmployer of Record\u201d or payroll providers is a plus.<\/li>\n<li>Fluent in English.
