In this role, you will report directly to the HR Manager and take full ownership of payroll for the white-collar population on the Belgian payroll.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Your responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Process and verify payroll<\/strong> for approx. 150 employees via eBlox.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure accurate application of <strong>collective labor agreements, legislation, and regulations<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Manage <strong>personnel files, contracts, policies, and monthly reporting<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Optimize <strong>payroll processes and documentation<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Act as a <strong>sparring partner<\/strong> for the management team and support employees with payroll-related questions.<\/li>\n<li>Contribute to <strong>strategic C&amp;B projects<\/strong> (e.g. implementation of cafeteria plan, salary benchmarking, job classification, pay transparency, mobility budget, etc\u2026).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Your profile:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Solid experience in payroll processing for white-collar employees using SD Worx. Knowledge and experience of international payroll and\/or processes is a plus.<\/li>\n<li>Strong knowledge of social legislation.<\/li>\n<li>Experience in implementing C&amp;B projects is a plus.<\/li>\n<li>Fluency in French and English.
