In this role, you will report directly to the HR Manager.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Your responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Prepare and follow up on payroll (125 fte)<\/strong> in collaboration with the HR service provider.<\/li>\n<li>Optimize payroll and <strong>HR processes and policies<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Manage <strong>HR administration<\/strong> (drafting contracts, processing social documents, and maintaining up-to-date employee files).<\/li>\n<li>Act as a <strong>point of contact and sparring partner<\/strong> for employees and managers.<\/li>\n<li>Initiate and lead various <strong>HR projects<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Manage training programs<\/strong> (practical planning and organization of certifications, submitting subsidy applications, and processing training leave).<\/li>\n<li>Support <strong>Talent Acquisition<\/strong> and <strong>employer branding<\/strong> initiatives.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Your profile:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Good knowledge of labor and social legislation.<\/li>\n<li>Some experience with payroll processing for employees.
