You will be part of a team of three consultants and play a key role in driving change, strengthening employee capabilities, and fostering organizational buy-in.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Your responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Plan, execute, monitor and supervise change initiatives<\/strong> (culture, processes, technology, and organization).<\/li>\n<li><strong>Analyze employee impact<\/strong> and ensure changes are implemented on time, within budget, and with strong stakeholder adoption.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Collaborate<\/strong> with competence center managers, business project teams and HR Business Partners.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Design pragmatic change plans<\/strong> that are easy to implement and minimize resistance.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Identify and resolve obstacles<\/strong> to successful transformation.<\/li>\n<li>Develop and execute <strong>communication and transparency plans<\/strong> throughout the change journey.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Organize trainings and workshops<\/strong> for end users, focusing on storytelling and communicating the impact of change.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Coach and lead<\/strong> a network of change agents and trainers.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Your profile:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum 5 years of experience in change management within business projects (principles, methodologies, implementation, and project management).<\/li>\n<li>Solid knowledge of ADKAR is required (certification is a plus).<\/li>\n<li>Hands-on, innovative and solution-oriented.<\/li>\n<li>Strong communication skills and experience in storytelling.<\/li>\n<li>Resilient, analytical, and able to set the right priorities.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent organizational, project, and time management skills.<\/li>\n<li>Fluent in Dutch, French, and English.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Offer:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Contract:<\/strong> Freelance.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Start:<\/strong> ASAP.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Duration:<\/strong> 8 months, with possibility of extension.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Location:<\/strong> Brussels region with flexibility for remote work.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Are you an experienced change professional passionate about transformation and eager to make an impact on culture, processes, and people?
