In this strategic and hands-on role, you will lead the transition to a new, centralized payroll structure across several European countries. You will work closely with <strong>the Global HR Director<\/strong> and act as a key figure in this transformation project.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Your responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Design and implement a harmonized payroll and HR administration<\/strong> approach across six countries (Belgium, the Netherlands, Spain, Poland, Germany, UK).<\/li>\n<li>Conduct <strong>needs assessments and gap analyses<\/strong> of current payroll processes.<\/li>\n<li>Support the <strong>integration of the global payroll provider<\/strong> (Partena).<\/li>\n<li>Ensure compliance with <strong>national legislation, GDPR, and applicable EU directives<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Define and document <strong>payroll governance and control frameworks<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Prepare Go-L<\/strong>ive plans, testing protocols, and training documentation.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure <strong>payroll and HR administration continuity in Belgium and the Netherlands<\/strong> (90 fte).<\/li>\n<li><strong>Coordinate collaboration with existing Employer of Record providers<\/strong> in Italy, Sweden, Finland, and France (5 fte).<\/li>\n<li><strong>Oversee dismissal procedures<\/strong> in line with reorganization decisions across various locations, in collaboration with the Global HR Director, local HR teams, and legal advisors.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure a smooth <strong>knowledge transfer<\/strong> from the outgoing Payroll Manager.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Define the job profile and lead the recruitment process<\/strong> for the permanent Global Payroll &amp; Admin Manager.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Your profile:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Proven expertise in European multi-country payroll and HR administration.<\/li>\n<li>Experience with payroll centralization or transformation projects.<\/li>\n<li>Solid knowledge of payroll legislation and statutory obligations in Belgium and the Netherlands.<\/li>\n<li>Experience with Employer of Record providers and SuccessFactors is a plus.<\/li>\n<li>Fluent in Dutch and English.<\/li>\n<li>Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Offer:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Contract<\/strong>: Freelance.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Start date<\/strong>: ASAP.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Duration<\/strong>: 6 months.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Location<\/strong>: Region Leuven, with possibility for remote work.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Are you a seasoned payroll manager with experience in an international context and a passion for structure and efficiency?
