In this role, you will work closely with the local management team and report directly to the HR Manager.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Your responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Act as a <strong>strategic and operational HR partner<\/strong> for both employees and management.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Optimize and streamline HR processes<\/strong>, focusing on efficiency, quality and best practices.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Lead and support HR projects<\/strong>, including change management, talent development and organizational optimization.<\/li>\n<li>Design and implement <strong>individual learning paths and performance evaluation processes<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Build and maintain strong <strong>relationships with unions and employee representatives<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Proactively mediate labor disputes<\/strong> and ensure transparent communication among all stakeholders.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Your profile:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Proven experience in social relations within an industrial setting (production and\/or logistics).<\/li>\n<li>Extensive background as an HR Business Partner focused on blue-collar populations.<\/li>\n<li>Thorough knowledge of labor and social legislation, with up-to-date insights into recent legal developments.<\/li>\n<li>Fluent in Dutch and English.<\/li>\n<li>Strong communicator, self-starter, and proactive team player.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Offer:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Contract type: Freelance.<\/li>\n<li>Start date: ASAP.<\/li>\n<li>Duration: 6 months.<\/li>\n<li>Location: Region Ghent, with possibility for remote work.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>For a leading international industrial player based in the Ghent region, we are currently looking for an experienced Freelance HR Business Partner with in-depth expertise in social relations within a blue-collar workforce.
