In this role, you will be responsible for harmonizing the Personio HRIS platform across multiple European countries and preparing it for further growth. You will report directly to the HR Manager and play a key role in this strategic project.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Your Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Analyze existing HR processes and systems<\/strong> across Belgium, Luxembourg and Germany.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Define standardized terminology<\/strong> (e.g. job titles, labels) and <strong>align templates, checklists, and reporting formats.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Integrate separate Personio platforms<\/strong> into one unified European HRIS system.<\/li>\n<li>Lead <strong>full project management<\/strong>, including coordination across different countries.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Ensure data quality<\/strong> and <strong>execute the migration of employee data<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Integrate the HRIS with a <strong>new LMS<\/strong> system via API.<\/li>\n<li>Act as <strong>SPOC for internal stakeholders and external vendors<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Configure and optimize workflows, reports, and user permissions<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Set up a shared recruitment landing page<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Support key users, deliver training and document processes<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Your Profile:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Proven experience with HRIS implementations and\/or system migrations. Experience with Personio is a plus.<\/li>\n<li>Strong experience in project and stakeholder management, preferably in an international setting.<\/li>\n<li>Analytical and process-oriented mindset.<\/li>\n<li>Strong communicator, proactive \u00a0and a team player.<\/li>\n<li>Dutch and English.
