{"id":3590,"date":"2025-06-27T10:41:23","date_gmt":"2025-06-27T08:41:23","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/tenos.be\/?post_type=jobs&#038;p=3590"},"modified":"2025-08-02T15:37:23","modified_gmt":"2025-08-02T13:37:23","slug":"freelance-cb-specialist-with-hris-experience-region-brussels-ref-1190","status":"publish","type":"jobs","link":"https:\/\/tenos.be\/en\/jobs\/freelance-cb-specialist-with-hris-experience-region-brussels-ref-1190\/","title":{"rendered":"Freelance C&#038;B Specialist with HRIS Experience \u2013 Region Brussels (Ref. 1190)"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>For a large Belgian organisation headquartered in Brussels, we are looking for an experienced <strong>Freelance Compensation &amp; Benefits Specialist<\/strong> to further develop and optimise their HRIS systems.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Your responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Map and analyse<\/strong> current HR tools (including eBlox Payroll \/ eBlox HR \u2013 SD Worx).<\/li>\n<li><strong>Identify technological gaps and propose concrete actions<\/strong> for system alignment and integration.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Simplify and automate key administrative processes<\/strong> (e.g. onboarding, leave requests, budget forecasting, etc\u2026).<\/li>\n<li><strong>Rework internal communication flows<\/strong> (between employees, HR BPs, and managers).<\/li>\n<li><strong>Enhance the use of HR data and improve reporting<\/strong> for managers and the executive team.<\/li>\n<li>Launch new technology solutions (e.g. HR chatbot, KPI dashboards).<\/li>\n<li>Contribute to drafting the <strong>new specifications for the upcoming payroll solution<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with the Data Health team to ensure <strong>data alignment and strategic reporting.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Communicate new processes<\/strong> clearly and engagingly to staff and management.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Your profile:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Proven experience leading HR digitalisation projects and implementing HR or ERP systems.<\/li>\n<li>In-depth knowledge of SD Worx tools (eBlox HR \/ Payroll).<\/li>\n<li>Strong background in C&amp; B, benchmarking and social legislation.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to map HR processes, identify bottlenecks and propose practical solutions.<\/li>\n<li>Comfortable working in cross-functional teams and engaging with senior stakeholders.<\/li>\n<li>Results-driven, autonomous, proactive and analytically minded.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication and facilitation skills.<\/li>\n<li>Project management certification (Prince2, PMI, Agile, or equivalent) is a plus.<\/li>\n<li>Fluent in Dutch and French.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Offer:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Contract type:<\/strong> Freelance<\/li>\n<li><strong>Start date:<\/strong> ASAP<\/li>\n<li><strong>Duration:<\/strong> 6 months<\/li>\n<li><strong>Location:<\/strong> Region Brussels, with possibility of remote work.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Are you an experienced C&#038;B Specialist with a passion for HRIS systems and digital optimisation?
