In this role, you will report directly to the HR Director.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Your responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Act as a <strong>sparring partner for internal stakeholders<\/strong> and strengthen <strong>stakeholder management<\/strong> across the business.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Design and lead strategic C&amp;B projects<\/strong> (including salary benchmarking, job classification, pay structures, etc.).<\/li>\n<li><strong>Optimize and streamline HR processes<\/strong> with a focus on efficiency, quality, and best practices.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Support and coach colleagues <\/strong>responsible for operational HR tasks such as recruitment, onboarding and offboarding, L&amp;D, personnel administration, contract management and payroll processing (via SD Worx).<\/li>\n<li><strong>Work closely with the HR Director<\/strong> and assist in preparing executive committee meetings.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Your profile:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>In-depth expertise in Compensation &amp; Benefits.<\/li>\n<li>Interest in and\/or experience as a team leader or coach within an HR team (both Soft and Hard HR).<\/li>\n<li>Trilingual: Dutch, French, and English.<\/li>\n<li>Experience in a start-\/scale-up or fast-changing environment is a strong asset.<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with HRIS systems and\/or experience with implementations is a plus.<\/li>\n<li>Solid knowledge of Belgian labor and social legislation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Offer:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Contract:<\/strong> Freelance<\/li>\n<li><strong>Start:<\/strong> 01\/08<\/li>\n<li><strong>Duration:<\/strong> 12+ months<\/li>\n<li><strong>Location:<\/strong> Region Brussels, with the possibility of remote work.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Are you an experienced HR Generalist with strong expertise in Compensation &#038; Benefits and a passion for supporting organizational growth?
