In this key position, you will report directly to the HR Director.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Your responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Operational leadership, guidance, and coaching of the HR team<\/strong> (4fte) across both soft and hard HR domains.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Designing and driving strategic C&amp;B projects<\/strong> (e.g. salary benchmarking, job classification, compensation structures, etc&#8230;).<\/li>\n<li><strong>Optimizing and streamlining HR processes<\/strong> with a focus on efficiency, quality and best practices.<\/li>\n<li>Acting as a <strong>sparring partner for internal stakeholders<\/strong> and building strong stakeholder relationships.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Working closely with the HR Director<\/strong> and supporting the preparation of Executive Committee meetings.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Your profile:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Proven experience as an operational HR Manager, with a strong focus on coaching, co-creation, and succession planning.<\/li>\n<li>Deep expertise in Compensation &amp; Benefits.<\/li>\n<li>Trilingual: Dutch, French and English.<\/li>\n<li>Experience in a scale-up or other fast-paced environment is a strong asset.<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of and\/or experience with HRIS systems and implementations is a plus.<\/li>\n<li>Thorough understanding of Belgian labor law and social legislation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Offer:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Contract:<\/strong> Freelance<\/li>\n<li><strong>Start Date:<\/strong> 01\/08<\/li>\n<li><strong>Duration:<\/strong> 18 months<\/li>\n<li><strong>Location:<\/strong> Brussels region, with the possibility of remote work<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Are you the HR professional with a strong background in Compensation &#038; Benefits who loves making an impact in a fast-growing organization?
