In this critical role, you will act as the primary point of contact for union interactions and labor representatives, playing a key part in fostering a positive social climate within the organization. You will report directly to the HR Director Europe.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Your Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Building and maintaining strong relationships with <strong>unions and labor representatives<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Leading <strong>collective bargaining negotiations<\/strong> and ensuring compliance with social legislation.<\/li>\n<li>Acting as a <strong>strategic advisor to senior management and the COO<\/strong> on social issues, collective bargaining agreements, and employment law challenges.<\/li>\n<li>Developing and implementing a <strong>social relations strategy<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Optimizing HR processes<\/strong> related to reorganizations, workload discussions, and improvements in working conditions that contribute to a positive social climate.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Managing labor disputes<\/strong>, mediating in social conflicts, and ensuring clear communication between all parties involved.<\/li>\n<li>Representing the organization in <strong>meetings with unions and works councils<\/strong> (CPBW, labor representatives).<\/li>\n<li>Overseeing social-legal cases <strong>in collaboration with external legal advisors<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Your Profile:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Extensive experience in managing social relations within the industrial sector.<\/li>\n<li>Experience in the manufacturing sector is a plus.<\/li>\n<li>Strong knowledge of labor and social law, with up-to-date awareness of the latest legislative changes.<\/li>\n<li>Dutch and English.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication skills, proactive mindset, and solution-oriented approach.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Offer:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Contract<\/strong>: Freelance.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Start<\/strong>: ASAP.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Duration<\/strong>: 3 months, with the possibility of extension.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Location<\/strong>: Region Bruges, with the possibility of remote work.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Are you an expert in social relations and union negotiations?
