In this strategic and operational role, you will work closely with the C&amp;B Director and play a key role in shaping the new, unified policy.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Your responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Harmonize and optimize <\/strong>the overall C&amp;B policy and employment conditions following an acquisition.<\/li>\n<li>Perform <strong>benchmarking<\/strong> on job classification, salary structures, mobility plans, company cars, insurance, bonus schemes, and cafeteria plans.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Manage stakeholders<\/strong> and gather input and feedback from managers and leadership within both entities.<\/li>\n<li>Advise HR and management on <strong>reward strategies, market comparisons, and internal consistency<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Analyze and report on C&amp;B data<\/strong> to support budgeting and forecasting of labor costs.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Optimize and document C&amp;B processes<\/strong> and employee benefits, including pension schemes, mobility solutions, and wellbeing programs.<\/li>\n<li>Support <strong>change management initiatives<\/strong> focused on integrating culture, policies, and systems.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Your profile:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Trilingual: Dutch, French and English.<\/li>\n<li>Extensive experience in an international and complex environment, ideally with post-merger integration.<\/li>\n<li>Strong knowledge of relevant labor laws and benefits regulations.<\/li>\n<li>Analytical, strong communicator, and hands-on mentality.<\/li>\n<li>Experience with HRIS systems (such as Workday) is a plus.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Offer:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Contract<\/strong>: Freelance.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Start<\/strong>: ASAP.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Duration<\/strong>: 6 months, with possible extension until year-end.
