To support their local team (60 fte), they are looking for a <strong>Freelance HR Generalist<\/strong> who will help develop the HR strategy for their continued growth. In this role, you will report directly to the COO.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Your Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Managing <strong>operational HR tasks<\/strong> such as recruitment, onboarding and offboarding, personnel administration, contract management, and payroll processing via SD Worx.<\/li>\n<li>Developing and implementing <strong>HR policies and procedures<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Optimizing<\/strong> existing HR processes and systems.<\/li>\n<li>Initiating <strong>HR projects<\/strong> (L&amp;D, talent management, wellbeing, retention, etc.).<\/li>\n<li>Establishing a <strong>long-term HR strategy<\/strong> in collaboration with the executive committee and acting as a strategic sparring partner.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Your Profile:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A driven HR Generalist who can operate both operationally and strategically.<\/li>\n<li>Strong knowledge of labor law and HR policies.<\/li>\n<li>Fluent in English (internal working language) and a good command of Dutch and French.<\/li>\n<li>Experience with SD Worx and personnel administration.<\/li>\n<li>Autonomous, proactive, and hands-on.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Offer:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Contract: Freelance.<\/li>\n<li>Start: ASAP.<\/li>\n<li>Duration: 6 months.
