Additionally, you will collaborate with suppliers, insurers, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth fleet operations.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Your Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Managing a fleet of approximately <strong>500 leased vehicles<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Coordination<\/strong> between HR and drivers.<\/li>\n<li>Approving <strong>orders <\/strong>with the leasing company.<\/li>\n<li>Scheduling appointments for contract terminations, interim, or final <strong>inspections<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Managing employee transitions: <strong>onboarding, offboarding, and transfers<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Handling <strong>replacement vehicles<\/strong> in case of breakdowns or accidents.<\/li>\n<li>Overseeing <strong>pool cars and short-term vehicles<\/strong> for new employees.<\/li>\n<li>Responding to <strong>user inquiries<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Optimizing <strong>fleet processes<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Your Profile:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>About 5 years of experience in fleet management.<\/li>\n<li>Experience in contract negotiations and supplier management.<\/li>\n<li>Good knowledge of Dutch and French; English is a plus.<\/li>\n<li>Structured and autonomous.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication skills and a team player.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Offer:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Contract: Freelance.<\/li>\n<li>Start: ASAP.<\/li>\n<li>Duration: 2 months, with the possibility of extension.
