As a <strong>Payroll &amp; Fleet Officer<\/strong>, you will work closely with a Payroll Expert colleague and report directly to the HR Manager.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Your Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Processing and verifying<\/strong> the monthly payroll for approximately 600 employees (<strong>blue-collar and white-collar<\/strong>) in collaboration with the social secretariat (Attentia, DOTS).<\/li>\n<li>Managing the <strong>time registration system<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Updating <strong>personnel files<\/strong> and following up on HR administration.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Acting as a business partner<\/strong> for all payroll and social legislation matters.<\/li>\n<li>Supporting <strong>HR and payroll projects<\/strong> (collective labor agreements, budgeting, policies, etc.).<\/li>\n<li>Optimizing HR processes.<\/li>\n<li>Managing the <strong>car fleet<\/strong> (orders, insurance, coordination with leasing companies, vehicle transfers).<\/li>\n<li>Preparing <strong>reports<\/strong> in Excel.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Your Profile:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>At least 2 years of experience in payroll for both blue-collar and\/or white-collar employees.<\/li>\n<li>Experience with time registration tools is a plus.<\/li>\n<li>Good knowledge of social legislation.<\/li>\n<li>Initial experience and\/or strong interest in fleet management.<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in Excel.<\/li>\n<li>Dutch or French.<\/li>\n<li>Punctual, proactive, and eager to learn.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Offer:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A challenging position within a stable and growing company.<\/li>\n<li>A competitive salary with extra-legal benefits such as meal vouchers, eco vouchers, group and hospitalization insurance, a laptop, 32 vacation days, and more.<\/li>\n<li>Flexible working hours and the possibility of remote work.<\/li>\n<li>Opportunities for professional development and career growth within a dynamic HR team with a positive and supportive work atmosphere.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Our client is a global player known for its open and accessible corporate culture, fully dedicated to serving its customers.
