In this challenging role, you will report directly to the HR Manager and assist with various operational and strategic HR tasks.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Your responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Processing and verifying payroll<\/strong> for blue and white collar (total 170fte) using eBlox.<\/li>\n<li>Managing <strong>personnel files, contracts, policies, and reporting<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Contributing to various projects, including:\n<ul>\n<li>Migrating <strong>payroll and time registration systems<\/strong> from SAP to Pro-time\/SD Worx.<\/li>\n<li>Establishing a <strong>training policy<\/strong> (needs analysis, training plans, and certification).<\/li>\n<li>Reviewing and updating the <strong>labor regulations and cafeteria plan<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Preparing <strong>Works Council<\/strong> meetings and communicating with <strong>trade unions<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Strengthening employer branding and increasing employee engagement.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Optimizing <strong>HR processes<\/strong> (e.g., onboarding, evaluations, etc.).<\/li>\n<li>Acting as a <strong>sparring partner<\/strong> for the management team and supporting employees with HR-related questions.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Recruiting blue collar<\/strong>, maintaining contacts with temp agencies, and managing the onboarding and offboarding process.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Your profile:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience in payroll processing for blue and white collar in an industrial environment.<\/li>\n<li>In-depth knowledge of social legislation.<\/li>\n<li>Flexible and driven HR Generalist to take on various projects and optimize processes.<\/li>\n<li>Fluent in Dutch; knowledge of French is a plus.<\/li>\n<li>Proactive, hands-on, and independent in your approach.<\/li>\n<li>Strong communication skills and a true team player.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Offer:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Contract: Freelance.<\/li>\n<li>Start: ASAP.<\/li>\n<li>Duration: 6 months, with the possibility of extension.
