This role will be responsible for the operational management and optimization of the vehicle fleet. You will play a crucial role in ensuring an efficient, sustainable, and cost-effective fleet operation while contributing to strategic projects and operational processes.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Your responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Coordinate <strong>fleet administration<\/strong>: ordering, delivery, charging infrastructure, maintenance, damage management, insurance claims, fines, inspections, and transfer.<\/li>\n<li>Act as a <strong>point of contact<\/strong> for employees regarding fleet-related inquiries.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Manage budgets and monitor costs<\/strong> (lease contracts, fuel, and energy consumption).<\/li>\n<li>Support a <strong>migration<\/strong> project related to fleet management.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Negotiate<\/strong> with suppliers, leasing companies, and insurers.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure <strong>compliance with legal obligations, taxes, and fleet management regulations<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Work closely with the <strong>Payroll and C&amp;B<\/strong> teams to align fleet management with employee benefits.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare <strong>reports and analyses<\/strong> to optimize costs within the CRM tool.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Your profile:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>At least 3 years of experience in fleet management, preferably in an international context.<\/li>\n<li>In-depth knowledge of lease contracts, insurance, and Belgian mobility legislation.<\/li>\n<li>Experience with migration projects and Flex Income Plans (FIP) is a plus.<\/li>\n<li>Strong negotiation skills and analytical ability.<\/li>\n<li>Fluent in English with good knowledge of Dutch and\/or French.<\/li>\n<li>Independent, organized, and solution-oriented.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Offer:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Contract: Freelance<\/li>\n<li>Start: ASAP<\/li>\n<li>Duration: 3 months, with the possibility of extension, 3 days per week<\/li>\n<li>Location: Brussels area, with the option for remote work.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Are you ready to leverage your fleet management expertise for a renowned international client?
