This role reports directly to the HR Director. <\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Your responsibilities:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Identifying learning and development needs through <strong>analyses and conversations with stakeholders.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Developing, implementing, and managing learning paths<\/strong> that align with the organization&#8217;s strategic objectives.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Planning, communicating, and coordinating<\/strong> training sessions, workshops, and other learning activities.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborating with internal and <strong>external trainers, coaches, and training partners<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Monitoring and reporting<\/strong> the effectiveness of training programs and making recommendations for improvements.<\/li>\n<li>Promoting knowledge sharing and self-development within the organization, contributing to the <strong>creation of a learning culture<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Managing and keeping the <strong>Learning Management System<\/strong> (LMS) up to date.<\/li>\n<li>Staying informed about the <strong>latest trends, innovations, and subsidies <\/strong>in Learning &amp; Development.<\/li>\n<li>Combining traditional learning methods with modern solutions, <strong>such as e-learning and interactive workshops<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Your profile:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>At least 2 years of <strong>operational experience<\/strong> in a Learning &amp; Development environment.<\/li>\n<li>Experience in designing, implementing, and tracking <strong>training programs<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Affinity with <strong>digital learning platforms and innovative learning methods<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Bilingual in Dutch and French<\/strong>, with a good command of English.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.<\/li>\n<li>Proactive, results-oriented, with the ability to<strong> manage projects independently<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Offer:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A challenging and diverse role where you can work autonomously within a dynamic and growing organization.<\/li>\n<li>Opportunities for personal development and career growth, such as expanding into broader HR roles (HR BP and\/or Payroll) and involvement in various HR projects.<\/li>\n<li>A competitive salary with excellent secondary benefits.<\/li>\n<li>Flexibility, including the option to work partly from home and maintain a good work-life balance.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Are you ready to grow and develop talent within an innovative and forward-thinking organization?
