{"id":3316,"date":"2024-05-29T19:39:21","date_gmt":"2024-05-29T17:39:21","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/tenos.be\/jobs\/freelance-recruiter-grimbergen-area\/"},"modified":"2025-01-25T12:41:16","modified_gmt":"2025-01-25T11:41:16","slug":"freelance-recruiter-grimbergen-area","status":"publish","type":"jobs","link":"https:\/\/tenos.be\/en\/jobs\/freelance-recruiter-grimbergen-area\/","title":{"rendered":"Freelance Recruiter \u2013 Region Grimbergen"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>For an international company in the <strong>Grimbergen area,<\/strong> we are looking for an experienced <strong>Freelance Recruiter <\/strong> to provide additional support in staffing a European project.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Your responsibilities:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Conduct thorough <strong>intake sessions with internal stakeholders <\/strong> on various international projects to determine profile requirements.<\/li>\n<li>Write clear and attractive job descriptions.<\/li>\n<li>Develop an effective <strong>sourcing strategy<\/strong> to attract the right candidates.<\/li>\n<li>Establish collaborations with local and regional <strong>job boards and job fairs<\/strong> within Europe as needed.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Proactively<\/strong> approach potential candidates through various channels.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Qualify and select<\/strong> suitable candidates.<\/li>\n<li>Plan and <strong>follow up on the interview process<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Negotiate contracts and handle administrative tasks during hiring.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Responsible for the <strong>onboarding process <\/strong> for new colleagues.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Your profile:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Proven experience in recruitment and selection of <strong>Blue-collars<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Experience with and knowledge of <strong>technical and engineering profiles<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Sourcing experience at the <strong>European level <\/strong> is a plus.<\/li>\n<li>Good <strong>LinkedIn networking skills<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Autonomous, empathetic, sincere and eager to learn.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication skills in <strong>Dutch and English<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Flexible and able to work in a <strong>fast-paced environment<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Offer:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Contract: Freelance.<\/li>\n<li>Start: ASAP.<\/li>\n<li>Duration: 6 months (option for extension).<\/li>\n<li>Full-time.<\/li>\n<li>Location: Grimbergen area with the possibility of 2 days of remote work.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Are you the driven Freelance Recruiter we are looking for to join an exciting European project?
