For this purpose, we are constantly looking for HR Interim Managers who are willing to provide support on a freelance basis and become part of our network.<\/p>\n<h3><\/h3>\n<h3>Your responsibilities<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop and implement HR strategies in line with business objectives.<\/li>\n<li>Managing the entire recruitment and selection process, including drafting vacancies, conducting interviews and selecting qualified candidates.<\/li>\n<li>Advising management on HR matters, labour legislation and personnel policy.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate training and development programmes to strengthen employees&#8217; skills and competences.<\/li>\n<li>Managing performance appraisal processes and implementing effective reward systems.<\/li>\n<li>Resolve HR-related issues and promote a positive working environment.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to human resources.<\/li>\n<li>\u2026<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Your profile<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Extensive experience within various HR domains: Recruitment &amp; selection, Payroll, L&amp;D, HR management, Compensation &amp; Benefits, Labour legislation \u2026.<\/li>\n<li>Strong communication skills and ability to communicate effectively at all organisational levels.<\/li>\n<li>Experience in leading change and implementing HR strategies.<\/li>\n<li>Flexibility and ability to adapt quickly to changing business needs.<\/li>\n<li>Independent and proactive approach to work.<\/li>\n<li>Possession of relevant HR certifications is a plus.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Offer<\/h3>\n<p>Tenos looks for challenging projects that suit you and match your needs.
