As an enthusiastic recruiter, you play a crucial role in the recruitment process and are responsible for finding, attracting and selecting top talent who contribute to the success of our clients.<\/p>\n<h3>Your responsibilities<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Identify and approach suitable candidates through various recruitment channels.<\/li>\n<li>Conduct job interviews and assess candidates&#8217; skills and suitability.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain close collaboration with hiring managers to understand and translate staffing needs into effective recruitment strategies.<\/li>\n<li>Managing the entire recruitment process, including drafting vacancies, coordinating interviews and negotiating offers.<\/li>\n<li>Building talent pools and maintaining relationships with potential candidates.<\/li>\n<li>Contribute to the development of effective recruitment strategies and processes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Your profile:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>At least 3 years of experience as a Recruiter<\/li>\n<li>Proven success in recruiting diverse profiles within a dynamic organisation.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships.<\/li>\n<li>Independent and proactive with a results-oriented approach.<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of the labour market and trends in recruitment and selection.<\/li>\n<li>Experience in using various recruitment channels and techniques.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Offer:<\/h3>\n<p>Tenos looks for challenging projects that suit you and match your needs.
