Talent Acquisition Specialist – Region Waregem (Ref. 1380)

For a fast-growing Belgian company in the Waregem region, we are looking for an experienced corporate Talent Acquisition Specialist for permanent hire to support their further expansion within Belgium. In this role, you will report directly to the HR Director and act as a true partner for both management and candidates.

 

Your responsibilities:

  • Manage the entire recruitment process: from intake to contract offer.
  • Write compelling job postings and select the right sourcing channels.
  • Actively source and approach candidates through various platforms, networks, and job fairs.
  • Advise and support hiring managers throughout the selection process.
  • Build a strong talent pool and  employer brand with a focus on technical profiles.
  • Analyze and report on recruitment KPIs and contribute to process improvements.

 

Your profile:

  • Solid experience in recruiting white-collar profiles. Experience with technical roles such as site managers, project managers and engineers is a plus.
  • Flexible and willing to travel to different sites to stay connected with stakeholders.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Proactive, results-driven and able to manage multiple processes simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of diverse sourcing techniques (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, networking, job fairs, social media, etc…).
  • Fluent in Dutch with a good command of English.
