To support the further growth of their activities, they are looking for a Freelance IT Recruiter for a long-term assignment.
Your responsibilities:
- Recruiting IT software profiles from A to Z (Java/.Net).
- Actively networking and headhunting to find top talent.
- Key account management for several existing clients.
- Ensuring smooth onboarding and offboarding of employees.
- Stakeholder management.
- Business partnering with consultants on projects.
- Supporting the expansion of new clients and strengthening relationships.
Your profile:
- Solid experience as a recruiter, specifically in the field of software development.
- Proactive and commercially minded.
- Excellent communication skills in French and English (Dutch is a plus).
